Notes on the Card

• The card's type line is "Lifebound Hero". The 4 in the top-right triangle is the rune cost, and the star with 2 in the bottom-left corner is the card's Honor value, as with other Heroes in the base game.
• The first ability is an immediate gain of 2 Runes, shown by the rune icon with a 2 in the text box.
• The second ability is a triggered effect that applies whenever you acquire a Hero or Treasure card. Each such card acquired gives 1 Honor, shown by the star icon with a 1 in the text box. The parenthetical reminder on the card confirms that this is 1 Honor for each card acquired.
• The terms "Lifebound Hero", "Honor", "Runes", "Hero" and "Treasure" are used as defined in the Ascension: Deckbuilding Game base rules; this file does not restate them.
• The card's flavour art, copyright line and other printed attribution are not rules text and are not transcribed.
