The Card

Card name: Press Conference

The card prints the following text, in this order:

• Place a cube on this card.
• Remove any cubes already on the card. (printed in italics)
• If you have a cube here at the start of your turn, +1 (shield icon).

Icons

• Cube with a plus sign (left of the text): A wooden cube, as in the base game's component list ("48 Wooden Cubes (in 4 colors)"). The cube is the same component used for Artifacts, Museums orders, and Reputation marks.
• Shield with a 1 (last line): A shield with the number 1, following a plus sign. The base rulebook does not define a shield icon or a shield token, so the icon is transcribed as printed. No other meaning is assumed.

Effect

The card's effect is the three lines above. The card prints no separate effect text or flavour rules.

Notes

• The newspaper artwork on the card (the "Albany World Journal" page with the headline "Dinosaur Eggs Found in China") is flavour and is not transcribed.
• "Start of your turn" refers to the Player Turn section of the base rulebook, where the player rolls Adventurer dice and then takes actions.
