When do players lose in Crisis?

You lose if temperature, oxygen or oceans is in the purple zone at the Check Metrics step at the start of a round, or if you must decrease temperature or oxygen on its last step, or flip an ocean facedown when all are already facedown. The designer confirmed the purple-zone loss is intended. You also lose if the Crisis deck runs out before Mars is terraformed.
