What does the Well cost, and why are there two Wells in some boxes?
The base-game Well costs 1 wood and 3 stone. The Well costing 1 clay and 3 stone belongs to the 5-6 player expansion and is used only in 6-player games; a second Well in the 1-4 player box is a printing error.
