What counts as one turn in the Work Phase, and does a turn end after one placement?
A turn is placing one person, carrying out that action space's effects, and resolving anything triggered along the way. Effects that pay "once per turn" therefore pay at most once per placed person, at the end of that turn, even if you used several qualifying action spaces during it. A few effects let you place more than one person in a turn.
