Where does a newborn go after Urgent Wish for Children when I have no free room, and can the newborn act this round?

The newborn is placed next to the parent on the action space and moves home during the returning home phase, sharing a room if needed; you can end up with five people in two or three rooms. A newborn cannot act this round, so building a room afterward does not give an extra turn; it simply gets occupied. Once you have taken Urgent Wish without a free room, you cannot use Basic Wish for Children.
