Can a card let me use Meeting Place while another player occupies it?
No — an official erratum exempts Meeting Place from cards that let you use an occupied action space (Sleeping Corner, Lazy Sowman and the like), so it can only ever hold one person. You cannot even use it to play a minor improvement that way; copy a different space instead.
