Augustus moves three adjacent planets, with the middle one moving two steps and each neighbor one. The double move needs a middle planet with neighbors on both sides (Venus, Terra or Mars). Planets move as far as they can; an effect is ignored only if it can't be applied at all, so you can still play the card.
