When are Title cards drawn after a player's Fame Point marker reaches a purple space?
The designer said Titles are drawn in the Status Phase and cannot be claimed by the player who drew them that turn, matching the rulebook's Status Phase.

Titles are drawn during the Status Phase, at the end of the turn in which the marker reaches a purple space, so you cannot claim a Title you just revealed. Only the first player to reach a given purple space draws a Title. This was designed so the other players get a catch-up chance.
