Can Tac-X re-roll a failed Salvage roll or a Debris Field entry roll?
Tac-X can re-roll the 1-3 failure when entering a Debris Field, but not the Salvage failure. The designer ruled that Salvage's destruction result cannot be prevented by shields or special abilities, so a re-roll does not apply there.
