If I hold several Bounty Hunter missions, for example with an M-Comp, does destroying one outlaw ship complete all of them?

Yes. Each active mission resolves on its own, so one outlaw kill can satisfy all of them. The designer accepts that this is a strong setup, and a thematic explanation is offered.
