Do you gain FP for selling cargo at an outlaw planet or any planet, and how many per turn?

You gain one FP by selling at least two cubes and every cube of each type the planet buys, in one sale; selling two, then two more does not earn it. In Embers this replaces the base wording that required selling all your cargo. You cannot sell cargo at Smugglers' Den, only buy there.
