How far can the Scoundrel look for a target?
Based on one player's reading of the NPC card; the rulebook says only "nearby" and no designer ruling covers it.

Apparently unlimited for ordinary targeting: the rulebook only says it hunts "nearby" Innocent ships, but players read the NPC card as letting it pick the closest innocent ship at any distance. Only its pursuit of its last attacker is capped at 2 sectors.
