Can a ship repeat a mine, harvest, salvage or quarry action by moving in and out of the hazard space?

No. Moving in and out gains nothing, because mining, harvesting, salvaging and quarrying only happen from the one marked space. Once you are stopped on it (not mid-move) you may repeat the action as often as you like, rolling each time. Merely crossing the border triggers the damage test but gives no resource.
