How do occupied spaces work: can you stop on one, act from it, and what does it cost?
Yes. You can pass through occupied spaces; to use one, spend 2 movement once, then take actions as if you stood on it (including attacks, mining or buying/selling), staying in your own space. A full action such as buying or selling ends your movement, and repeated actions there do not cost the 2 movement again.
