How does the Long Haul shuttle's double action work?

With the Missions and Powers version it is two complete shuttle runs back to back, each starting from the Long Haul. You cannot move your ship between them, and two attacks count as separate attacks, so the defender can re-arm shields between them. The designer also called the earlier revised ability, which gives flexibility to do two actions, well balanced.
