If the Enforcer destroys my hired Sellsword, do I still control it?

Yes. Under the solo rules you keep control. The Enforcer collects its bounty and the Sellsword respawns with no credits on it. A designer's earlier statement that you'd need to hire it again was withdrawn in favor of the written rules.
