What does the solo Market Manipulator Merchant do when it is already on its buy space?

If it is already on its buy space, repeating steps 1 and 2 means it moves to its next buy space and discards cargo there; it doesn't stop and repeat. An in-demand cargo's 1,000 cR demand appears at the end of the Merchant's turn, before the NPCs' Fame roll, because it counts as a player in solo. If nothing is discarded, the roll gets +4.
