Does an Outlaw gain more bounty by using an Outlaw planet's entrance?
Not in multiplayer: once you are an Outlaw there is no further consequence, and the entrance is usually better than forcing the shield. In solo play each entry through an Outlaw planet's entrance adds 1,000 cR even if you are already an Outlaw, but not when you cross the shield instead.
