Do NPCs get a Fame Point for destroying another NPC or Cinder-Beard in solo?
No. The NPC bonus Fame Point is only for destroying the player's ship. Killing another NPC just gives the credits, which add +2 per 1,000 cR to the round-end roll, and Cinder-Beard gives a +4 bonus. The 3 Fame Points for Cinder-Beard go to the player who destroys it.
