Can Slow Leak's Shockwave push ships docked in The Kiln, or The Kiln itself?

The designer ruled on this in 2018 and again in 2020 and 2021.

No. Docked ships can't be pushed out, because the docking area is not a mapped space, and The Kiln itself can't be pushed either. Ships inside can still take damage.
