Can I scan or blind jump from inside a planetary shield?

You can't scan: you are not adjacent to anything outside the shield. You can blind jump, but you roll the planetary shield test first. If you pass, you reveal the tile and keep moving; if you bounce off, nothing is revealed and you can try again, having spent 1 movement.
