Can I pick up tokens or cubes while a gravity path is moving me?

No. Minor actions are not allowed during forced movement. Tokens must be reached with your own movement, which can include walking back along the path. When forced movement ends you can spend unused movement, and each different gravity path you enter needs its own roll.
