Does Augural Fey Dragon count as a dragon with a "when activated" ability for an end-of-round goal?
Based on a single player's reading; no official ruling.

No. Its own power is a when-played one that activates other dragons' when-activated or once-per-round abilities; referring to those abilities does not make it count as one.
