Can the Temp Agency let me write a number that already appears in the same street?
The rulebook says a number cannot repeat in a street except through Bis; a poster disputed a looser reading.

No. The same number can never appear twice in one street except through the Bis effect. The Temp Agency only changes the value you write; to get repeated numbers you need Bis copies. A 2026 designer reply that mentions "multiple copies" came with an example where the repeats were all Bis houses.
