Which housing estates does the AAA score in Solo Mode?
Only its five highest-scoring estates, not the five longest (the sheet's "largest" means highest-scoring). An estate scores houses times the house value; AAA estates have no size limit and the seventh-house limit of the normal game does not apply. A different estate that is left over (for example a sixth estate) is not counted at all. Giving the AAA fences stops it making one huge estate.
