What happens to zombie cards when the Construction cards are reshuffled?
Zombie cards already drawn are discarded from the game for good. Zombie cards still in the deck stay in their decks, and you shuffle the three stacks separately. Reshuffling after the first City Plan is optional, as in the base game.
