When must a reaction card (John Mitchell, Ben Bradlee, Mass Demonstration, Follow the Money) be played?
The reaction-card text says to play it right away; players spell out the timing.
Right away: after the opposing card is played and it is clear whether its action or value part is used, and before its effect resolves. The exception is Follow the Money, which is played as soon as Nixon moves the evidence token.
