Can I search my draw deck or reshuffle it?
The rulebook only names the cycle and eliminated piles and does not explicitly ban looking at the draw deck; the rest rests on one moderator answer.

Not as an ordinary action. The rulebook lets you inspect your cycle and eliminated piles, and the draw deck is not listed (the designer has said he sees no harm in looking if you shuffle afterwards, but that is not a rule). When a card takes a specific card from your draw deck, you examine the deck, take it, reveal it to the others, then reshuffle.
