Can I play the last card in my hand, and do I cycle again for extra cards a card tells me to play?

You must cycle a different card before playing a card, so to play your last card you forsake a card instead. Extra cards played through an effect (such as draw X, play Y, cycle the rest) are paid for by the cycled remainder and need no extra cycle.
