How do I choose Galactic Events at setup?

In competitive play the Galactic Events are split into sets (3 per Cycle); you shuffle the Cycle's events and draw one at random, not choose. In co-op and solo you use all the events of each Cycle (10 for Cycle 1). Keep the Cycle 2 and 3 events as separate decks, since Temptation's peek depends on that.
