Does the Deluxe Edition include the 2010 game as well as the 2016 game?

Yes — the Deluxe box lets you play either the Special Vintage 2016 or the 2010 Reserve, as the rulebook's opening section says. The 2010 Reserve is nearly the same as the first edition, with slight balance tweaks.
