Grid cards keep their state, including dice and boost on them, and you keep your coins. Horizontal cards, including those on the board, are lost. You gain starting skill tokens at the start locations as normal. You cannot gain a destiny you already gained this game, so 1608 would not return, although a time loop could thematically allow it.
