Vantage
On an ability that lists alternatives (Scan, view a location, gain skill and boost), do I get all of them?

No, you pick one. Viewing an adjacent location means looking at its location card only, and 'adjacent listed location' means reading only the compass numbers. Likewise a 'choose A, B or C' power never lets you combine A and B.
