LUNA ends her turn with zero ire unless her target is incapacitated; ire is spent even if movement is blocked. An adjacent explorer can move onto a gravity well without paying a movement effect, but edge symbols still apply. LUNA rotates a node up to 180 degrees, and a smaller turn is allowed.
