How often can LUNA scan, and can I clear a node to scan again?
LUNA scans once on each player's turn, and only for a resource type not already on her node. You may not discard or forfeit what is there to scan again, but resources can be left on a node and collected later. LUNA can move and scan in the same turn, and scanning for materials when only data is present is fine.
