What counts as a forced discard for Idol of the Clenched Fist?
A forced discard is when a card in your hand must be discarded because of an event instruction, including one from your own card such as Temple of the Sun. Discards required to activate an event, such as an extra cost or "discard this card to...", are voluntary and not covered. The Idol also does not apply to drawing in the Park step or to the Cleanup hand limit.
