Under the Singularity blueprint, can one park have two attractions of the same type, such as two theaters?

No. The no-duplicate rule applies to the attraction's own type on its card, not to upgrade icons on its ribbon. Upgrade icons do not count, but two attractions of the same basic type conflict under this blueprint.
