Under the Singularity blueprint, can a park have two upgrades with the same name, such as two Quality upgrades?
No. No upgrade name may appear twice anywhere in the whole park. Upgrades that merely share an icon or card type are fine, so you can have two Quality upgrades only if their names differ, such as Superior Quality and Deluxe Quality.
