Does the Something for Everyone blueprint need exactly 1, 2, 3 and 4 star totals, and does a 5-star attraction stop the bonus?

You need four attractions whose star totals are exactly 1, 2, 3 and 4. Other attractions, including ones with 5 stars, do not disqualify you unless the blueprint says otherwise. Star total means the stars on the attraction plus its upgrades.
