Do face-down park cards in Quinn's warehouse flip over during Cleanup?
Yes. Quinn's warehouse counts as a park for effects that look at parks, so its face-down park cards flip over in Cleanup like yours. Closing one of its attractions also moves the solo adjustment tracker by 5 on top of the normal closure.
