Yes. Play Renovation to close the attraction, then use Megafactory's ability, which works on any one attraction and not only itself, to build upgrades from your hand at half price. No two upgrades of the same name may be on one attraction. A 2016 designer reply doubted the combo under Renovation's original wording, but the designer endorsed it in 2020.
