Can a buried card be exhumed other than by demolishing its attraction?

By default, no: demolishing the attraction is how buried cards leave, and they are exhumed and discarded. The designer's 2017 answer was that no other way to recover one existed yet; a specific card can exhume (Z-Day mentions it for one card), so check the text of the card in question.
