How do the end-game cards that reward having the most of a building type score in solo?

With no opponents to compare against, the designer gave fixed values from playtesting: 4 points regardless, 8 points with at least 5 of the building type, and 12 points with 7 or more (labs, desalination plants or tunnels). The same values apply in the basic solo game.
