In Quick Start, do the Federation symbols on a starting tile give you track bonuses?

Probably yes. The tile's own advances are treated like the action space that moves you up the track, so you gain the bonuses on the spaces you pass; what Quick Start removes is the seat-order head start, which later players trade for first pick of tiles. One reply reads it as no extra credit.
