How are connected cities scored at the end of the game?
The rulebook states this in its ACTION SLOTS AND CARD EFFECTS section.

By the number of different building types beside each connected city: 2 points with none, 3 with one type, 4 with two, 6 with all three. Unconnected cities score nothing. Several buildings of the same type at one city add nothing extra.
