When you discard an available action card, can you also use another action card on the same turn?
Yes. Using the discarded card is part of claiming the new card, and it is separate from the slot's own action. So if the slot also has the action-card symbol, you can still tap one more action card from your tableau, including the card you just claimed. An exhausted card cannot be reused.
