The printed rules have none: you may exchange as many times as you like at the table's rates. A cap of 20 corn per use is a popular community variant, said to be endorsed by the designer (reported second-hand in a thread, not an official FAQ), and used by online implementations. Resources can only be exchanged via this action, not at any time.
