For the tomb, civic and shrine monuments, do they count both buildings and monuments of that border?

Question

Accepted Answer

Yes: each scores 4 points for every building or monument you built with that border color, including itself. Wording on the tile is ambiguous to some players, but the rulebook's text puts the color in parentheses before 'building or monument'.
