Can a Transfer action use matching wormholes as adjacent systems?

Yes. The rulebook says wormhole-linked systems count as adjacent even for a Transfer action. An early FAQ version said otherwise, but the FAQ revision of 20 March 2009 (as quoted in the thread) says matching wormholes are adjacent for movement, including Transfer actions. They are not adjacent for PDS fire, annexing planets or Integrated Economy.
